Stainless Steel

The stainless steel products are environmental friendly and 100% recycled. Stainless steel products focus on high technological content and high value added, the main products include stainless steel HR steel sheet, CR steel sheet and medium thickness plate of austenite, ferrite and martensite steel grades, the dual phase, ultralow carbon and nitrogen stainless steel products are available in the meantime.

  

HR Sheet

 Mainly used as key components of nuclear power station, industrial structural parts, manufactured products, food       machinery, chemical equipment, maritime transportation, structural parts for vehicles and ships, rail tracks, etc

 

 NO.1

Hot rolled, annealed, pickled, normally used as cold rolled material, industrial tanks and devices for chemical industry, etc 

 

CR Sheet

 Mainly used as automotive exhaust pipe, home appliance, solar energy, elevator decoration, appliance front panel, kitchen installation, building decoration and electronic components, etc.

 

NO.2E

Hot rolled black coils are cold rolled, annealed, scale broken, shot blasted and pickled. Mainly used as tanks, vessels, industrial structural parts, structural parts for vehicles and ships, cold forming parts and conveyor
belt, etc.

 

NO.2D

Cold rolled, annealed, pickled and dull finish products. Mainly used as automotive components, deep drawing parts, building components and pipes, etc

 

NO.2B

Cold rolled, annealed, pickled, skin-passed to give an appropriate luster at final stage., their glossiness and flatness are better than No.2D products. They can be competent for almost all the applications of cold-rolled stainless steel, such as kitchen and bathroom ware, surface polishing, furniture structural parts, etc.

 

NO.3

The products achieved by grinding of No.2D surface with No.100~120 grinding belt. They have better glossiness and discontinuous coarse grain, and are used in inside and outside decoration of buildings, electrical
appliance and kitchen installation, etc

 

NO.4

The products achieved by grinding of No.2D surface with No.150~320 grinding belt. They have better glossiness and discontinuous coarse grain, but their grain is finer than No.3. They are used in elevator decoration, kitchen installation, inside and outside decoration of buildings, electrical appliance front panel, etc.

 

HL

The products achieved by continuous grinding of No.2D surface with polishing abrasive belt with appropriate grain size. They have relatively long continuous grinding stripe (further divided into No.150~320), and are mainly used in building decoration and elevator decoration, etc.
 

BA

Cold-rolled, bright annealed and skin passed products with extremely good surface glossiness and high reflectivity, are used in building decoration, home appliance product and kitchen installation, etc.

Dull finish

The products achieved by appropriate rolling of No.2D or No.2B surface with dull roll. They have matte finish and are used in building decoration and elevator decoration.
   

Special Steel

With good properties such as high strength, good toughness, weldability, easy for machine shaping, the product is widely applied in nuclear power station, petrochemical and pressure vessel manufacturing industries.

Stainless Steel Plates

With the dimension (H: from 4mm to 80mm, B<=2.5m, L <=8m), the products have been delivered with solution heat treatment and pickled surface; outstanding corrosion resistance properties. The products can be divided into two groups: the ordinary stainless steel and the special stainless steel, they are mainly used to manufacture large- scale and medium-scale high pressure vessel, also can be directly used in construction projects, or indirectly used in refining, chemical and power equipments.

 
Dual phase stainless steel tube and tube blank

Used as the corrosion resistant parts in chemical, petrochemical and chemical fertilizer industry. 

 

Boiler tube and tube blank

"Super304(HR3C) tube has been mainly applied in the high temperature superheater, reheater tube of supercritical, super-supercritical boiler with wall srevice temperature not more than 670(H); high temperature header tank and steam pipes with wall service temperature not more than 650(H), furnace tubes of nuclear power station heat exchanger and oil cracking plant. T91/P91: P91 is used in the main steam piping system (connecting steam piping between boiler and steam turbine); high temperature superheater and reheater tube of subcritical and supercritical boiler with wall service temperature not more than 625(H), high temperature header tank and steam pipe with wall service temperature not more than 600(H)."
