With the features of environmental protection and ease to process, long lasting surface durability, rich in colors, the products are mainly used in building, home appliance and furniture industries, etc

The base plate of color-coated sheet can be divided into types of cold-rolled, hot dip galvanized and electrolytic galvanized. The types of painting for colour-coated sheet are polyesters, silicon polyesters, fluorocarbon and plastic sols.
Colour-coated sheet can be provided with many colours upon the requirements of user, such as orange, creamy yellow, deep sky blue, aquamarine, bright red, brick red, ivory, porcelain blue and so on.The surface texture of color-coated sheet can be divided into coated, embossed and grained sheet.

The application of color-coated sheet mainly concentrated in the industries of construction, household appliances manufacturing, communications and transportation, among which the construction industry is the largest one, household appliances industry comes second and the industry of communication takes a very small portion.

Normally taking hot dip galvanized steel plate and hot dip galvalume steel plate as the base plate, the colour-coated sheet for construction is used to build roof, wall panel and door of the steel structured industrial and commercial buildings such as building, airport, warehouse and cold storage etc., being processed into corrugated sheet or polyurethane compound sandwich panel.

The colour-coated sheet for household appliances, normally takes electrolytic-galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate as the base plate, is used to manufacture refrigerators, large sized air conditioning units, freezers, bread toast and furniture etc.

In the industry of communications and transportation, the colour-coated sheet normally takes electrolytic-galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate as the base plate and it is produced as oil-pan and auto interior decoration parts.

TIN PLATE

Tin plate products are made by coating tin using electrolysis on the surface of thin cold-rolled steel sheet (black plates), with a thickness of 0.14~0.6 mm. Its shiny surface finish, superb corrosion resistance and formability make tin plates an ideal choice for manufacturing of high-end metal packing products for food and beverage industry and industrial parts producers. Tin plate products are widely used in the production of 3-piece and 2-piece (D&I, DRD) cans as well as can lids and bottoms.
