The base plate of color-coated sheet can be divided into types of cold-rolled, hot dip galvanized and electrolytic galvanized. The types of painting for colour-coated sheet are polyesters, silicon polyesters, fluorocarbon and plastic sols. The application of color-coated sheet mainly concentrated in the industries of construction, household appliances manufacturing, communications and transportation, among which the construction industry is the largest one, household appliances industry comes second and the industry of communication takes a very small portion. Normally taking hot dip galvanized steel plate and hot dip galvalume steel plate as the base plate, the colour-coated sheet for construction is used to build roof, wall panel and door of the steel structured industrial and commercial buildings such as building, airport, warehouse and cold storage etc., being processed into corrugated sheet or polyurethane compound sandwich panel. The colour-coated sheet for household appliances, normally takes electrolytic-galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate as the base plate, is used to manufacture refrigerators, large sized air conditioning units, freezers, bread toast and furniture etc. In the industry of communications and transportation, the colour-coated sheet normally takes electrolytic-galvanized steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate as the base plate and it is produced as oil-pan and auto interior decoration parts. |
